Decent kaftan, customer service okay
I bought a hand-dyed kaftan from Mati a few weeks back. The quality of the fabric is quite nice, feels good against the skin, and the color is exactly as shown on the website. I had a query about washing instructions, and their customer service responded within 48 hours, which was alright. My only minor issue was that the sizing felt a tiny bit generous, even for a kaftan, so maybe size down if you're between sizes. Overall, a good purchase but not perfect.
Good linen dress, slow delivery
I ordered a handwoven linen dress. The fabric is amazing, so soft and comfortable. But it took 8 days to reach Bangalore. The fit was perfect though, true to size.
